Management
The agent or agency continues to manage its client, negotiations and contract.
STEP 05
Success Fee
If a successful transaction originates through Pivot Connect, Pivot Connect receives a 3% listing fee.

Agents and agencies retain their existing client relationships, responsibilities and commission arrangements.
